WHERE TO NEXT

I reflect back at our old update and I can tell you that the newly planted rosemary hedge is now taller than me!

Our strawberry guava trees are growing well and we hope to have our largest crop this year, although not nearly enough.

Our collaboration with local vineyards, has produced two superb Grape Wine Conserves, Pinot and Merlot with perhaps the Pinot slightly ahead on uptake.

Our gourmet range increased by two Quince jam, Membrillo Style, better with cheeses. And a savoury inclusion, onion jam superb with meats and cheeses.

We added colour to our tub range and our products really did pop on the shelf, however we are changing again going to glass and taking out plastic tubs. It’s an exciting process moving towards more sustainable packaging, working with recyclable, compostable and bio-degradable materials.

A new Grape Wine Conserve is tipped for 2021, a Grenache Grape Wine conserve, the new kid on the block suiting the upsurge in Grenache wine taking up a stronger presence on the Fleurieu.

A new dukkah is on the way, exhibiting the native flavours of pepper leaf, lemon myrtle and wattle seed.

Our new roasted almond is BBQ flavoured and pairs well with your favourite brew OR and the take up is huge, triple chocolate roasted almonds.

BUT the really big news is……………….PICNIC…………… The secret to a successful picnic…….. a tiny table!

PICNIC TABLES with a range of yummy food in larger portion sizes to suit sharing with family and friends.

We have added Chocolate coated Coffee Beans, sea salt crackers, a new Fruit & Nut Lovers pack and BBQ almonds.
